Builders, developers, agents and other authorised parties may submit property information to Property Inside.

By submitting a listing, the advertiser confirms that:

  • They have the necessary rights and authority to provide the information.
  • The information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
  • Images, videos, floor plans, brochures and other materials submitted by them do not knowingly violate the rights of others.
  • They will update Property Inside when important project information changes.

Property Inside reserves the right to review, modify, reject, suspend or remove any listing that appears inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, outdated or inconsistent with our platform standards.

  1. Verification of Listings

Where Property Inside identifies a project or listing as Verified, this means that we have carried out certain checks based on the information and documents available to us.

A “Verified” label does not mean that Property Inside guarantees the property, builder, title, approvals, financial condition or future performance of the project.

Users should conduct their own legal, financial and technical due diligence before purchasing a property.
