Arnya and Casagrand Team Up to Raise ₹750 Crore for Real Estate Investments
Arnya Real Estate Fund Advisors has partnered with Casagrand to launch a ₹750-crore Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) focused on real estate opportunities in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
The fund, named Arnya Real Estate Fund III – Preferred Capital, is expected to invest in multiple residential real estate projects across these three southern cities.
According to the companies, the fund will focus on providing capital to selected real estate opportunities, with investments planned across around 8–10 projects.
For Chennai’s property market, the development is another indication of continued interest from institutional and alternative investment players in the city’s residential real estate sector.
Arnya RealEstates Fund Advisors, founded in 2023, is launching its third fund. The partnership brings together Arnya’s investment platform and Casagrand’s experience in real estate development.
What this means for homebuyers:real estate
The fund itself does not directly change property prices or guarantee returns for buyers. However, investments of this nature can provide additional capital for selected real-estate projects and may support new project development across the cities covered by the fund.
